治療が終わるたびに訪れる幸せの時。

歩く足取りは軽く、気持ちが飛び跳ねる。

ひと匙のヨーグルトの上質な酸味

ひとかけらの果物の瑞々しさ

一日一杯だけ頂ける花の薫り漂う紅茶

ほのかに甘いお茶は、ことのほか上手い。

一日おきに訪れる自由時間。

希望の光りを探し、

その影をも愛でる。

当たり前のことが、当たり前ではなく。

いま、考えられる最良のもの。

その全てが私の「至福の時」

 

Seventh Heaven

Happiness hours came after my dialysis treatment was over.

My steps to walk are light, my mind to be buoyant in the every other day.

I appreciate my life from the bottom of my heart.

I feel a spoonful of yogurt is refined sourness.

And piece of fruit is very fresh and young.

A cup of tea which is the sweet smell of the flower is so good.

Especially, faintly sweet Japanese tea is significantly delicious.

I love my free time to come every other day.

Always looking for the beam of hope in my town,

I enjoy that shadow too.

Commonplace is not obvious things.

The best resource which is consider by me.

All of daily things are my seventh heaven.
